Capistrano Pines also sits near multiple community parks, various shopping centers, including the Boulder Marketplace and Taylor Plaza, grocery stores, restaurants, and Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital. This controlled-access community offers several amenities including a pool and spa, business center, on-site laundry facilities, and covered parking. Monthly rent at Capistrano Pines is $939 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ¼ times the monthly rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $31,500 gross annual income, a two-person household must not exceed $36,000 gross annual income, and a three-person household must not exceed $40,500 gross annual income. Rates and income thresholds may vary. We do not charge for water, sewer, or trash, and we do not charge monthly pet fees.
